Service Advisor Schedule Service Appointments.
Greeting the customer in a timely manner.
Answer customer calls in timely manner.
Obtain customer & vehicle data and reviews vehicle history prior to the arrival of the customer.
Identify the mechanical problem by questioning the customer or doing a visual inspection or road test.
Confer with customer about inspection result, recommended corrective procedures, and opening work order for needed repairs.
Advise customer about necessary service routine maintenance.
Prepare the full scope of works quoted items.
Notify Team Leader of Incoming work.
Check on the progress of repair whole day of all the Job cards created.
Provides accurate and complete written cost estimates of labor and parts.
Keep work area clean.
Ensure the customer is well informed of any delays in the service timings and hand over of the vehicle.
Ensure customer vehicle is clean and well serviced before the delivery schedule.
Explain the complete work done by the service team and also the charges for the customer.
Personally hand over the vehicle to the customer and ensures the customers satisfaction is met.
After the service of the vehicle initiate the invoice process.
Ensure final inspection has been carried out before delivering the vehicle to the customer.
Follow up to get the approval of the customer and insure the payments is received against the repair quotation.
Handle the customer complaints.
Maintain proper documentations.
Execute additional task assigned by the reporting manager.


B. Sc. in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering
3+ years’ of experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Preferred Arabic speaker
