Senior Coordinator Bilingual mandatory (Arabic & English)

Summary:

Senior Coordinator – Operations is mainly responsible for administrative duties to support the Al Jazeera Arabic Channel Network Operations.

You will be responsible for coordinating with various sections and departments to maintain smooth administrative processing for all requests pertaining to the Network Operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing full support to the Ops Managers, including tracking of contracts, HR department, and admin tasks, as well as management and control of general office filing and records processing, requesting, and reviewing.
Maintain contact list and staff documentation for leave, business trips, and overtime records providing full administrative support for the team
Coordinate meetings and schedules, prepare agendas, and make travel arrangement.
Attend meetings to record, prepare and distribute minutes of meeting.
Maintain and distribute master schedules of Network Operations & Coordination
Prepare and distribute professional looking reports.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience in Office management field
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English)
Hands-on Experience in paperwork management, and management coordination procedures
Must be able to manage multiple tasks, be dependable, flexible, and adaptable and demonstrate excellent use of judgment, desecration and initiative.
