Marketing & Communications Manager
About The Role

Qatar Executive is recruiting for a Marketing & Communications Manager to join its growing Marketing & Communications Department.

In this role, you are responsible for developing a well-defined marketing & communications strategy in a manner that supports business growth and enhances brand equity and awareness. Work on a variety of marketing disciplines and be responsible for the planning and managing of projects independently that aim at achieving the company’s sales targets, and growth objectives and lead to enhanced visibility in the target market.

Specific Responsibilities Of The Role Include The Following
Define the appropriate marketing strategy in consultation with the EVP, in alignment with Qatar Executive’s corporate vision and Qatar Executive’s sales team to contribute to achieving set revenue targets.
Be responsible for the strategic planning including corporate positioning, customer segment selection, and geographical allocation of marketing budgets to penetrate existing markets and develop growth markets.
Implement Marketing Communications projects independently including branding & advertising, public relations, trade shows & events, production of marketing collateral, social media and e-commerce activities, competitor analysis, developing creative key messaging and texts for different marketing materials, basic design work, content management to keep QE website up to date
Establish a strong network with key departments of the Qatar Airways Group, relevant for Qatar Executive’s day-to-day business such as QR marketing and Product Development
Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs to monitor the return of investment (ROI) of marketing campaigns.
Conduct competitor and market analyses to drive business opportunities and identify areas for growth and product development
Analyze creative and commercial constraints and find problem-solving solutions to contribute to the success of projects/campaigns

About you:

The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
Education qualification up to Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Minimum of 7 years of job-related experience.
A business aviation background is preferable or a background in luxury product sales (5-star hotels)
Significant marketing experience preferably in VIP/Luxury Goods/Private Jet/First Class Airline
Relevant experience in top segments customer relations management.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills both in verbal and written.
Proficient in Computer applications and standard office programs.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to carry on a business conversations across different levels of customers including business owners.
Set clear direction and manage workflow
Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
