With us you will:
Maintain competitive edge through innovation in areas such as content management, product management, operations, and customer acquisition/retention
Work with technology team to ensure software features are implemented properly
Develop timelines for new features or other projects that need to be completed
Collaborate with Brands team to ensure that marketing materials are developed in a timely manner
Support brands team in development of marketing campaigns by providing access to content repository
Evaluate partnerships for the company’s IPTV & OTT content
Manage relationships with vendors to ensure products are delivered in a timely manner
Manage relationships with partners to ensure that all delivery requirements are met
Coordinate scheduling for live and VoD content across all distribution channels
Documenting processes or procedures as needed or requested by management
Identify and develop relationships with content providers, acquiring all media rights and clearing the necessary rights for third party content.
Monitor and analyze streaming quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
Lead content syndication strategy, including negotiating deals with third parties as appropriate to ensure access to broadest possible range of content on behalf of customers.
Manage operations team to manage the development, distribution and support of channels, streaming devices, or platforms in line with customer requirements.
Ability to cultivate and build strong relationships with content partners
Solid cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to build consensus among teams (product, engineering, marketing, sales, finance).
Desired Skills and Experience
Apply if you have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Telecom or IT or relevant field.
8+ years of Partnership, Product Management experience within entertainment, technology, or digital media
Proven experience/track record for executing on-time and on-budget
Experience in negotiating content deals.
A solid understanding of the IPTV/OTT industry.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and building business cases
Exceptional partnership management skills, with a focus on aligning long term objectives between organizations.
