Business Development Manager Position Overview: We are looking for a Business Development Manager (Targets and goals driven) with strong sales capabilities to join our Special Products Division Team. We are representing our Principals from U.S.A, Europe & Asia. The candidates should at least have 10 years of solid experience in Business Development & in managing the sales team. The purpose of this position is to develop the market for leading waterproofing brand from the U.S.A present in the local market for over 25 Years.
Key focus area includes business development, team handling, strategic development, and resource planning & solutions creation. In addition, it will be his/her responsibility to manage the coordination of the sales team and prepare business plans, and policy-making, including marketing and operations. Sales targets will be provided and must be met together with Business Growth Targets.
Organizational Alignment: Reports to the Divisional Head
Able to generate leads, get product Specified with consultants, and Closely work with Contractors & Applicators to compete and win.
Aligning with Divisional goals and achieving desired targets. As a Business Development Manager, the position sets the strategic direction of the business and is responsible for the development and well-being of team members.
Maintain the full lifecycle of the sales process & actively seek out new opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Present with confidence, deliver sales pitches, and manage stakeholders’ expectations. In addition, be able to gather needed information from opportunity discoveries up until closing the deal Able to organize according to company goals and anticipate the evolving needs of customers with a strong capacity to learn and assimilate new technologies and methodologies.
Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events. Must need to convey “Our Solutions” in an interactive, professional, engaging, high-impact, and actionable manner.
Accountable for lead generation and opportunity cultivation. Reach out, arrange meetings, and build relationships with potential partners
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification: A performer with a proven track record is what we are looking for.
Minimum 10 Years of Business Development Experience.
Proficient in English & Arabic.
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
